Greetings, race fans. I hope that everyone has recovered from the chaos that was Daytona. Congratulations to Hoosier on getting his first win. This week we jump back into the swing of things as the NASCAR gang heads to Bristol and the F1 boys make their season debut in Australia.

This week's starting line up: Hoosier, Kristen, CR, Phil, Moseby, Hanny, SB, Tez, Jon, Dwindy. Remember that the starting order is used only in a tie breaker situation. You may post your picks in any order.

The Trifecta- It's My Birthday And I'll Bark If I Want To Edition

Greetings, race fans. Yes, the 2012 Trifecta season is finally here. The rules are simple: pick the driver you think will win in each of the three races. Points are based on how they finish- 1point for 1st, 2 points for 2nd, etc.- and the player with the LOWEST score wins.

The starting lineup for this week will be determined by first come, first post.

If you want to change a driver in a race after you make your initial picks, that change MUST be made 30 minutes prior to the posted green flag start of that race. There is no penalty for changing drivers.

Unlike NASCAR, we go for wins here. Trifecta central will notify you either here or by Facebook message, if you need to change a driver to go for a win.

The Trifecta- It All Comes Down To This Edition

Greetings, race fans and welcome to the final Trifecta of the 2011 season. NASCAR has finally gotten what it wanted when they came up with the Chase; unfortunately for the Trifecta, there's no such drama here. Dwindy seized control of the standings early in the season (despite his protestations that he didn't have a chance) and claimed the Coveted Triple Lug Nut Trophy in mid October.

We still have a three way tie between Tez, Hanny, and Dwindy for the most pathetic score of the season- 68. Again, if you would like to go for that trophy, you may only use ONE start and park (or wreck) driver.

Last week, it was noted that Hanny and Dwindy had tied Tez for the most pathetic score of the season. Should anyone want to go for sole possession of that title, you may do so BUT YOU CAN ONLY USE ONE START AND PARKER- or start and wrecker in the case of some drivers who shall remain (insert name here) .

Greetings, race fans! It's Trifecta time again, and in the Chase for the Coveted Triple Lug Nut Trophy, it's simple: if anyone other than CR wins, the trophy goes to Dwindy.

This week the NASCAR Nationwide and Cup drivers head home to Charlotte, the Truck series heads to Las Vegas, F1 heads to Korea, and IndyCar also heads to Las Vegas where they will bid a fond farewell to Danica Patrick as that series closes out its 2011 season.

The Trifecta- The Last Glimmer of Hope Edition

Greetings, race fans.We're a little later than usual getting this posted due to equipment upgrades(the Beagle got a new laptop, and we've been transferring files all day).

It's Trifecta time again, and time to see if anyone can rain on Dwindy's parade(we've got a 60% chance of severe thunderstorms here throughout the weekend).

Here's the scoop. Right now, Dwindy leads the chase for the Coveted Triple Lug Nut Trophy with 9 wins. In addition to that, he also leads the pack with 25 first place picks.

With 6 races left in the Trifecta season, Hanny, CR, SB, and Tez still have a shot at the title; however, it will take a run on the Trifecta that will make Jimmie's five straight championships look like a walk in the park. One of the aforementioned players will need to sweep the remaining 6 Trifectas, and either surpass Dwindy in first place picks OR win one week with a perfect score.
