  1. Help Mr. Wizard!

Will the roof cave in if Kyle Busch wins this race?

I've gotta leave in an hour. Won't hear who the winner is until tomorrow morning...

Help me out klvalus! You gotta pull for Kyle! LOL

  2. LOL Dwindy - I think Kyle has been expected to win a Daytona race for awhile now....it would not be that shocking would it?? =)

I'll root for Kyle to finish right behind Kurt...and Junior!

    ReplyDelete
  3. Don't think so. The winning car has the Beagle's name on it.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Hey Kristen, I'll have a double-double!! GO HAPPY!

    ReplyDelete
  5. Hey Dwindy and SB! I've got Smoke winning tonight, with Jr in second and Happy in third.

    ReplyDelete
  6. SB, Jon...

Ya gotta pull for Kyle! LOL

    Kristen said she will!

    ReplyDelete
  7. Dwindy, LOL!

How about Bobby Labonte giving the command to start your engines in honor of his 600th Cup start?

    ReplyDelete
  8. Nice to see a respectful "Start Your Engines"...

I've gotta go start my engine now. Everyone enjoy the race and may the best driver/team win!

  9. And the flyover was done by a squadron from Lemoore NAS--I was stoked, as I live a short distance away from the base.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Ok! Back and totally full now...

Will speed thru the rain delay and get caught up to live!

    ReplyDelete
  11. Kyle looks like he was shot out of a cannon!

    ReplyDelete
  12. What's going on? I just came home from my 4-wheeling date! Is the race just starting?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Yes Beverly, competition caution on Lap 17. There was an hour and a half rain delay.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Just watched Kurt's interview - uh oh if Kurt is taking Eva to Italy after Chicago then that is one of the last things on her to do list before they get preggers....

    ReplyDelete
  15. Papis and Blaney are first to park and declare themselves done for the evening.

  17. Good pit strategy by Happy going with the two tire stop early to see if it works or not.

    ReplyDelete
  18. This is how ALL races should be--run commercials on a small screen with the race on the larger screen. When it's time for a commercial, of course.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Did you see the commerical with RCR guys and the tires? I saw them film that! =)

I am on lap 22 right now, will catch up as fast as possible

    ReplyDelete
  20. Gotta say I love seeing Steve Park out there...

    ReplyDelete
  21. Looks like two tires is NOT the way to go. Happy's fallen to 15th, and Biff's fallen all the way to 29th.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Yeah I saw that! I'm watching the race on TV.

    ReplyDelete
  23. It IS good to see Steve Park out there!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Brad is trying to help Kurt but that is not always a good thing...seeing how he punted him at Dega!

    ReplyDelete
  25. He's got a Good coming to him after making it all the way back from a serious head injury.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Tell me if the announcers say anything important. The neighbors are shooting fireworks and I can't hear the TV.lol Like the announcers are going to say anything important.lol

    ReplyDelete
  27. Ok Bev - so far its just the usual drivel...

Good! Glad you are recognizing Steve, Jon.

Whoo, sliding Sam is up front!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Kristen, anyone that makes it all the way back from that serious a head injury DESERVES a Good!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Nice body double for Smoke in that BK commercial!!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Penske looking strong tonight! Maybe tonight is finally Kurts night...

    ReplyDelete
  31. Doh Burton...

Love that car Jr is driven...

    ReplyDelete
  32. Yep--Kevin Harvick's theory about JJ having the Golden Horseshoe rings true again. JJ came in at Lap 48. On Lap 50 his crew radioed him to report that he was about to have a right rear tire blow had he NOT come in.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Look at Georgia Boy Sorenson in 3rd!!!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Dang Kurt speeding! Sammy impressive!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Well, there goes my fantasy team--AJ got wrecked.

    ReplyDelete
  36. JJ with two tires--that's not going to work, particularly if there is a long green flag run.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I have Smoke, Jr, JMac and Sammy...

    ReplyDelete
  38. Kristen, I have almost the same lineup, with the exception of AJ instead of Sam.

    ReplyDelete
  39. The outside lane seems to be working.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Is it me, or is JJ getting close to being dirty?

    ReplyDelete
  41. Is JJ going to win ANOTHER race and make it THREE in a row?? Good gawd.

    ReplyDelete
  42. JJ is always "dirty" b/c he cant drive on these restrictor plate tracks!!

Sam is impressive! I hope his luck holds...

I thought this race was going to be a wreck fest, apparently I was wrong!

    ReplyDelete
  43. There's gonna be a Big One that JJ starts and will escape from, just watch.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Can't stay awake. Have fun, y'all! Good night!

    ReplyDelete
  45. G'night Bev -- this is one of the benefits of being on West Coast!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Montoya!!!! takes out shrub...ouch

Man I thought that was sam who did it.

    Hello helmet throw coming!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Kristen, should make for some additional fireworks!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Wow new Kyle - he gave an interview...and a good one!

    ReplyDelete
  49. NOW for sure I'm DONE on my fantasy team! Cupcake was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Close one for Sam. Smoke 1st off pit lane.

    Hi Kris & Jon!

    ReplyDelete
  51. GOOD pit stop by the #29 crew! Gained two spots off pit road! Smoke took two tires, and that won't work.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Hey CR! All West Coasters left watching...

Yup, Cupcake is done - there goes one off my team

    ReplyDelete
  53. Doing anything special this weekend? I caught a really nice trout last nite.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Neighborhood BBQ tomorrow...Alameda County Fair on Monday.

    Hubby loves trout!

    ReplyDelete
  55. Parade tomorrow, BBQ w' the enlaws. Maybe go fishing again Monday. Race is getting racey!

    ReplyDelete
  56. At least they were on my last post

    ReplyDelete
  57. I think Kurt is testing moves for the final laps - took it 3 wide, powered a sling shot and then went back to hook up with Sammy.

This is going to get good! Where the heck is JUNYER!!??!

    ReplyDelete
  58. Pit strategy goes out the window now.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I just read that you were having In-n-Out burgers for dinner Kristen. Dang, I wish we had one up here... we had to settle for the ever-delicious, Taco Bell! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  60. TACO BELL~! BLECH Why not cook the trout? =)

    ReplyDelete
  61. Shaping up to be a battle between Penske and RCR!!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Good stop for the Brew Crew, er, I mean Two Crew...

    ReplyDelete
  63. Kristen, gotta give props to the Brew Crew on that stop: 13.1 seconds! GREAT stop!

    ReplyDelete
  64. Funny CR...soon to be the two two crew...!
perhaps they can wear yellow tutus.

    Penske v RCR = Kristen v Jon!

    ReplyDelete
  65. Too much trouble to do the trout, with a race on and all! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  66. wish it were only 3 to go! 20 to go lots can happen yet

    ReplyDelete
  67. GO RCR!! (No offense to the Brew Crew!)

    ReplyDelete
  68. Turtle and the Robot got together....caution!

I think Kurt doesnt want the lead going into the final laps - he is better in 2nd or 3rd and will have to time the pass. Too loose in front to keep it up there

    ReplyDelete
  69. Just watch Team Penske and Team RCR wreck each other and Jeff Gordon win! LOL

    Even better Sorenson!

    ReplyDelete
  70. Harvick and Bowyer escaped The Big One. So did Menard.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Man Kurt did amazing job saving that car thru the grass...

    Damn Burton!!

    ReplyDelete
  72. Kristen!!! Next time keep your thoughts to your self! LOL You're a prophet!

    ReplyDelete
  73. =) I gotta go bet on some ponies!!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Put a lug nut on one for me;-)

    ReplyDelete
  75. 10-4 CR...

    Ok what next? Junior wins!??!

    ReplyDelete
  76. Sam's car looks pretty good - he could come thru the field of ...whats left...maybe 10 cars!
    LOL

    ReplyDelete
  77. Red flag lifted, now under yellow.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Kahne could steal a win tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  79. I dont think Kurt is getting enough kudos for keeping that car under control (sorta) thru the grass...

    Lets see the carnage!

    ReplyDelete
  80. They are all comin! Comeon Brew Crew fix that car!!

    ReplyDelete
  81. Harvick is the first car with four tires.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Kurt's splitter angled up. But he SURE DID A NICE JOB MOWING THE GRASS!

    ReplyDelete
  83. Lets see if we can finish without another caution...any bets?

    ReplyDelete
  84. CR you are such a smart arse! =P

    ReplyDelete
  85. I'm betting on another caution in the next few laps!

    ReplyDelete
  86. There ya go kristen... Kyle just dumped some kudos on Kurt!

    ReplyDelete
  87. Here comes Gordon...did I call that or what?!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Too bad for Sam... he had a great night.

    ReplyDelete
  89. I dont think Kurt hit anything...he could make something up on GWC. Poor Sam...sigh

    ReplyDelete
  90. So... are we the only 3 lugnuts watching this? I understand Gene is in Atlantic City getting lap danced, but where's everyone else?

    ReplyDelete
  91. East Coast its almost 1a.m. Bev was here earlier, SB doesnt have TV coverage, Tez is with GF this week so not allowed to watch, Dwindy out...Gene getting lap dances as you noted...thats about it right?

    ReplyDelete
  92. Steve Park in top 10...amazing!

    ReplyDelete
  93. LOL... I forgot about the time zone thing.

Sounds like Tez needs to find a new GF! lol

    ReplyDelete
  94. Park's DEFINITELY getting a Good tonight!

    ReplyDelete
  95. LOL - Tez only see's her about 1x a month so I understand...bad timing- shouldda gone next week for the snoozer at Chicago!

    ReplyDelete
  96. OK, Kristen... since you're so prophetic, who's winning the race?

    ReplyDelete
  97. Cool. I was almost gona pick him in trifecta.

    ReplyDelete
  98. That was teh obvious choice Jon! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  99. Kurt might have been a bit agro!

    ReplyDelete
  100. Congrats Happy!!

    God, top 10 for Kurt...amazing...

    ReplyDelete
  106. This is a test to see if the comment actually posts...
