I was disappointed in Penske not getting sponsors lined up sooner knowing Verizon was so unhappy with the Sprint conflict and bringing on Penzoil killing their longstanding Mobil1 deal.

ReplyDeleteWord of advice; if you're on the outside and half a car ahead, that doesn't automatically give you the right to use the racing line in the corner....if Webber got a penalty from that, the stewards are worse than the NASCAR ones.

ReplyDeleteCR: he had half a car on him and F1 cars, while rather advanced, do not have vertical take-off yet so what exactly was Webber expected to do? Lewis presumed he could take the line because everyone else used to jump out of his way whenever he divebombed them so I have no problem with drivers not giving him a break anymore, lol
Really. It seems a little overly dramatic. The horse won the trip crown by miles, and it looks like this movie is trying to manufacture some drama that wasn't there. Not my cup o tea.
