    ReplyDelete
  5. nice! Remind me again why I didn't pick Vader for this race in the trifecta?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  7. ahh, a simple "because you're an idiot" would have done, SB :P

    ReplyDelete
  8. Yea no problem SB - I cant find the page to delete the blogs anymore! LOL

    Thanks!!

Kurt is already complaining up a storm so he might be bad pick too !!

  9. It's still early. According to NASCAR.com, JJ flew back to Charlotte last night and returned to Chicago this morning. My guess is he's going to start feeling it in about 2 hours.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Be nice to see Truex (and Luke and Pat) win one...Tez you should probably root for Napa car in thanks for that autograph! LOL

    Caution out...

    ReplyDelete
  11. I like Truex anyway...don't know why really, lol

    ReplyDelete
  12. Cuz he is cute?! LOL

Poor Marcos...all the way to the back

    ReplyDelete
  13. I'll continue my mantra; wait until Watkins Glen :P

    ReplyDelete
  14. I'm not gonna comment on that, Kristen, LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  15. I know nothing!

He's got to win on an oval to be legit - look at JPM...not really legit yet.

SB do you get ESPN coverage next race?

    ReplyDelete
  16. true...Indy's coming up though and Monty went ok there last year until he bet his kids against the rulebook.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Yup...we are in the grind of boring summer races dont remind me! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  18. If someone is streaming it over the net, I'll get to see it; otherwise, I only get to see Bristol, Richmond and Charlotte.

    ReplyDelete
  19. whoever has the 'detonate engine' button for Vader, feel free to press it any time :P

    ReplyDelete
  20. Ugh. You know you can log onto www.kurtbuschnation.com and get the live stream over the net and you dont have to listen to Kurt yapping and cursin!

BTW SB- might be coming to Austin sometime soon with hubby ... but you arent that close are you?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Nope, Lubbock is about 7 hour drive. Must do while you're there- take in a taping of Austin City Limits.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Oh, and make sure you wear a lot of maroon and white

    ReplyDelete
  23. Ugh, I am definitely not worth a 7 hour drive! LOL

Will be Fri- Sun so will see if that is possible. Any other hints esp good food!?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Hello, back from dinner... and see I haven't missed a, damn, thing.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Sixth Street is where all the action is. Stubb's Barbecue is a legend.

    ReplyDelete
  26. howdy Gene. Nope, you ain't missed much at all.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Hubby ate at Stubbs this week while he was there. Said 6th st was like drunk college kids extreme...but good taco trucks! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  28. At a cookout.... since it finally dipped below 100. Burgers, and salads.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I posted the advance script on my FB Spinout page.

JJ wins, on another track that he hasn't won on yet, then names the baby Victoria in Victory Lane. Awww

    ReplyDelete
  30. Stubbs, "Ladies and gentlemen, I am a cook."

    ReplyDelete
  31. Good advance script Gene...burgers sound good to. Gotta figure out dinner yet.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hey, he's got a statue here in Lubbock. Would have stayed here, too, except Joe Ely convinced him to move to Austin.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I have one in Port Coquitlam apparently...or I can cross the border to Bellingham, lol

    ReplyDelete
  34. ARCA race coming up from Iowa. On SPEED.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Yea, happy and kurt are suckin!!! we need a debris caution....

    ReplyDelete
  36. CFL on TSN in an hour...go BC!

    ReplyDelete
  37. I have Kurt as my A driver this week on Yahoo. Boo Hoo.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Oh Gene I could have told you not to pick him this week! LOL

I think I flipped to Kyle or Hamlin cant remember?

    ReplyDelete
  39. Woot there it is!! Debris...

    ReplyDelete
  40. Ugh. Kurt coming in to change shocks on the car...he is WAY off tonight

    ReplyDelete
  41. dang, Marcos just missed out on the lucky dog.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Maybe everything will change after dark? Fingers crossed.

Beat on the 2 with that shock!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Like better racing Gene...riiiight keep those fingers crossed! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  44. Love the way Ralph is paraphrasing Kurt - can tell you Kurt never mentioned a kitchen sink and mostly used words that started with F

    ReplyDelete
  45. I am so getting a NAPA diecast now!

    ReplyDelete
  46. WOOT! Apparently Martin is taking revenge on cars Gordon owns too...

JJ still in front of Kurt - thats annoying!

    ReplyDelete
  47. is the word 'firetruck', Kristen? ;)

    ReplyDelete
  48. I went to high school with Eura Schmuck :o)

    ReplyDelete
  49. close but shorter tez! LOL

    UGGHHH SB!

    ReplyDelete
  50. it has the right letters at least, lol

    ReplyDelete
  51. No, seriously. In my sophomore yearbook, there's a two page spread of the marching band with all the band members listed beneath the picture. Listed in the S's is "Schmuck, Eura."

    ReplyDelete
  52. Yup, exactly the right letters Tez!

SB you should send a copy of that to Letterman!

    ReplyDelete
  53. how is Sadler still on the lead lap?

    ReplyDelete
  54. Leno, Conan, Letterman, do them all! =) But yea, I guess its Leno that does that. I dont watch late night TV anymore...

    ReplyDelete
  55. Chelsea Handler is the best late night show.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Who?? I am so not cool anymore...

    ReplyDelete
  57. She's on E at 11 eastern. Snarky comments about celebs.

Best selling book ...'Are you there vodka, its me, Chelsea'.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Ohh, I know the book...will have to look for it. Did SportsChump ever watch all those reality shows?

Kurts radio said 48 smacked wall, slow but no caution

    ReplyDelete
  59. Vader has issues...2 laps down now. You sure that script doesn't say 'draft' on it, Gene?

    ReplyDelete
  60. The book is pretty funny. And, she's the funniest female on TV.... Liz Lemon, 2nd place.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Looked like an ARCA wreck. Still happening 5 minutes after it starts.

    ReplyDelete
  62. that was rather bad luck on Robby's part though...you'd expect a car to roll down the track, not back up it.

    ReplyDelete
  63. ARCA race is great.... except Mikey is yapping non-stop! Someone should tell him he's an analyst NOT play by play!

    ReplyDelete
  64. This race is still boring...even with Vader sucking!

    ReplyDelete
  65. it's not quite the names up front I expected at least.

    ReplyDelete
  66. DW would say that losing a cylinder is a good thing on a track with short straightaways....

So, why doesn't everybody kill one before the race starts?

    ReplyDelete
  67. wow harvick outta there...too bad. anyone hear Jon crying?

    =P

I've got Hamlin, Rooty, Menard, & Kahne so I am doing ok considering!

    ReplyDelete
  68. Jeff was my other A driver... the one sitting on the bench! Ugh!

I had Harvick last week at Daytona, and still lost 4 or 5 spots in the standings.

    ReplyDelete
  69. The scoring must be like your voting Gene...doesnt work! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  70. I have Menard and Kahne.... and .... kenseth ):

    ReplyDelete
  71. Rooty is amazing tonight! Fight for the lead!

    ReplyDelete
  72. new leader, the 00.......come on, Chad, you know you want to say that.

    ReplyDelete
  73. when will the final debris caution fly?

    ReplyDelete
  74. Dang it Rooty! Hang in there I need you to carry the Screw Loose Team!!

    ReplyDelete
  75. Looks like possible first time winner for 2010 at least

    ReplyDelete
  76. nice slide for Scott there, lol

    ReplyDelete
  77. We're in Chitown so its.... Root, root, root, for the Rooty... If he don't win its a shame.

    ReplyDelete
  78. So, cars race the leader hard to stay on the lead lap? Then they let the 2nd place guy breeze by? Thanks for explaining that Kyle.... FOR THE 1000th TIME!!!

    ReplyDelete
  79. I suspect I'll be making changes to the Trifecta before the F1 race?????

    ReplyDelete
  80. Hi, folks! A little late. My Mom turned 70 today. Homemade ice cream, watermelon, strawberries and pound cake with whipped cream.

I think Reutimann looks like J.D. on Scrubs!!!

    Go, Jamie!

    ReplyDelete
  81. Cool win - good job Rooty!

I am outta here...my trifecta is toast so nothing to do to save it! LOL

    Have a good night all!

    ReplyDelete
  82. WTG, ROOTY! And, Childers!

    G'night

    ReplyDelete
  83. great job to the whole #00 guys, they earned it tonight :)

    ReplyDelete
  84. Hey Kristen- Kurt and Jr really stunk up the race. At least Kurt is still in the hunt for the chase.

    Jay

    ReplyDelete
  85. Kristen-

You can take the 5 point penalty and swap this race for the F1 race.
