ReplyDeletespeaking of awards... the Oscars are on tonight. I saw True Grit, and although it didn't really differ from the John Wayne version, that much, it still get's my votes. I thought the actress, should deff get an oscar, even though she's in the "supporting" category, she really was a lead. I mean, there wasn't a "leading actress" ahead of her in the movie.

ReplyDeleteShe's told him that she was engaged to a former racer who died in a plane crash. She has yet to tell him that he was a Hendrick. They went on a date to Las Vegas Motor Speedway. You'd think someone there would have seriously outed her. She was real reluctant for him to come to Charlotte, and the only person he met on the hometown visit was her daughter.
